Alibaba appears to be taking its first steps towards global expansion. This week, the retail giant announced that it wants to be able to ship products anywhere in the world in 3 days or next in the next 5-8 years. In the meantime, Jack Ma is looking to welcome American sellers to China with Alibaba. Since the middle class in China is the same population as the United States, it would greatly benefit both countries.

eBay also introduced its smartwatch App. The app will accommodate both sellers and buyers alike by giving sellers the opportunity to respond to customer emails with voice dictation, and giving buyers the opportunity to glance at prices for items they’re interested in purchasing in the near future. They can also purchase with the app, and monitor items they’ve already bidded on.
