How and Why are “Green” Products at Discount Retailers Getting Noticed?

Mobee and Quad Analytix merged to form Wiser Solutions Inc. in 2017.

Celebrate Earth Day with our new infographic! Data collected on a variety of eco-friendly brands across the country at discount retailers help explain why some brands tend to stand out on the shelves more than others.

Earth Day 2015 marks the 45th anniversary as a day to recognize the environment and join the clean, green movement. In recent years, new brands have been created and positioned as more sustainable or healthier options for the environment. Well-established brands have also started to update their flagship products or add new, earth-friendly products to their lineup in order to appeal to the growing trend of eco-responsibility.

The Earth Day Tracker Mission, powered by Mobee’s data collection platform, collected information on a handful of eco-friendly products between 4/10/15 and 4/17/15 from 250 Walmart and Target stores nationwide. The Missions focused on three specific categories: home cleaning, snack food, and hair care. Results shed light on how brands are making significant strides to show overall corporate responsibility and high quality products to the shopper.

This is Mobee's eco-friendly brand infographic.
